Had a good stay here. The service was very good, the room was newly remodelled. Easy check in and late check out. The pool area was very clean too.

No complains at all, the venue met required needs, would definitely recommend it. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a good area, so close to great for walkers and Hilo Bay and airport. I liked that the lobby was nice and the staff were fabulous there.

Neat, luxury hotel, outstanding value. Stayed in airy deluxe room with all the amenities, 2 double beds, for example. Staff were eager to help entire time. The awesome beach was located adjacent to the property. Also, the area was financial.

Good hot breakfast, lovely pool, COMPETENT staff. The pool bar was large and the drinks were carbonated. Very central location, not too far from a county park.

Staff were delightful, everything was awesome, the location was handy and close to a park for taking a stroll.

Everything was brand-new, loved our very positive stay. The room was beautifully presented and well presented. Bagged breakfast with free selection. The beach nearby was nice and the view was gorgeous!

I had beautiful 2-night stay here! I had attractive standard king room with a great view, 1 king bed, the balcony. The staff was willing to help with any inquires and was cooperative. The location was reasonably priced and reasonably priced. By the way, parks and the bay were close to the place.

Friendly service, great location and buffet breakfast. Really enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant The Queen's Court, no need to go somewhere else...

Convenient base for a city break in Hilo

Hotel was placed adjacent to such tourist sites as liliuokalani gardens. New Saigon Restaurant, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. A view of the islands from our window. We strongly recommend as we loved castle hilo hawaiian
